What the forms collect
Five things arrive with a quote request: ZIP, tub condition, a name, a phone number, plus the optional note about the bathtub. A contact note carries a name, an email, a subject, a message. As always, the server writes its routine technical trace, address and browser included, kept mostly to filter robots.
The one thing it is used for
Calling or writing you back about your bathtub. Quotes get prepared, visits get scheduled, questions get answered. Nothing you type gets sold, swapped or wired into ad tooling.
Whose eyes see it
The technician handling your area, the person on the contact inbox, and the infrastructure firms hosting the machine, each bound by secrecy terms of their own. Nobody else.
How long it sits
For the life of the job and a normal bookkeeping period afterwards. One email to contact@reglaze-bathtub.com wipes it sooner, no justification needed.
Cookies and the embedded map
Advertising cookies: none. One bare session cookie may show up so the forms keep their state. Each map loads only once scrolled into view, after which the map company's privacy terms govern that frame.
What you can demand
A copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or its deletion, all by a simple email to contact@reglaze-bathtub.com.
